How long does the process take?

How much does it cost?
The AI workspace is completely free to use — you build your entire petition for free and pay a flat, one-time fee only when you download the finished package. Pricing by specialist: Dr. I-485 is $299, Dr. NIW is $749, Dr. EB1A is $949, Dr. O-1 is $949, and Dr. EB-5 is $999. No subscriptions. USCIS government filing fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS.
Can an attorney review or sign my petition?
Yes. QuickFiling offers optional add-on Expert Services: Petition Review (an independent attorney reviews your AI-prepared petition before filing, with written comments and a consultation), Attorney-Led Petition Service (an independent attorney leads and signs your case), and Expert Drafting Services. All legal services are provided by independent licensed attorneys.
What's your approval rate?
We do not track approval rates for the AI Workspace because users are not required to share case numbers or outcomes. Is my information secure and confidential?
